Gaelic/English blog from Scotland. Featured an interesting post recently which examine the (now more distant) possibility of a European referendum in the light of the little known fact that, while English constitutional law is based on parliamentary sovereignty, Scottish law enshrines the sovereignty of the people.
New blog ‘with a focus on Ireland but not exclusively.’ Interesting recent posts include one on Col Tim Collins and a snippet on the recent London-Roscommon match.
