News 24 has more on Sir Mark Thatcher’s court appearance in South Africa this week, in relation last year’s failed coup in Equatorial Guinea. His testimony makes something of a mockery of his guilty plea in January.
More information on last year’s coup attempt may come from Guernsey, where lawyers for Equatorial Guinea are seeking access to Simon Mann’s bank accounts.
