Northern Bank arrests

It looks like there’s been a major development in the Northern Bank investigation.

From RTE:

Gardaí have seized large amounts of cash and arrested seven people in Cork and Dublin as part of a major investigation into money laundering and the activities of subversives.

The gardaí in Cork have seized £2.3 million sterling in an operation targeting funding to the Provisional IRA.
