Tim Spicer’s mercenary outfit Aegis today won an interim injunction against Rod Stoner, the owner of the Aegis Iraq website.
However, the company did an interesting u-turn in the process. According to tonight’s report on More4 News, the company’s initial letter to Stoner claimed the trophy videos on his site were a breach of the company’s copyright. However, the company is now apparently claiming its action didn’t apply to the videos because it couldn’t determined if Aegis staff were involved.
A bit of swift rethinking there perhaps, given that there’s still supposedly an American investigation going on?
