The campaign for an English Parliament has an interesting interview with Arthur Aughey of the University of Ulster, one of the leading academic writers on the subject of devolution.
It’s interesting that Aughey acknowledges the force of the West Lothian Question, although it is not clear what his preferred solution would be.
