NI prediction competition update

Nicholas Whyte has an update on the predictions competition for his Northern Ireland Elections site.

I know many people are keen to get into the predictions contest for
this year’s elections. It seems, however, that nominations for the
Westminster elections do not close until 19 April – so I won’t be able
to launch the contest until the following day!

As in 2001, I will be asking contestants to predict the outcome in
each of the 18 Westminster seats, and to guess how many seats will be
won by the five largest parties in the local council elections which
also take place on 5 May.
